Event Concept and Design - Align with the goals, objectives and vision while helping you conceptualize the event and design a theme that aligns with your brand
Full Plan Documentation - Fully documenting the master plan and keeping track of changes
Timeline and Checklists - Create a detailed timeline and checklists outlining tasks that need to be completed leading up to the event.
Budget Management - Assist with creating, managing and tracking budget to ensure all costs are covered and resources used efficiently
Contract Reviews
Venue Selection and Booking - Making bookings, hiring vendors, ordering physical resources, etc.
Event Logistics
Pre-Event Debrief
On-Site Event-day Management - Overseeing all aspects of the event, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and seamlessly

This package is for those who want to be fully hands-on during the planning process. You don’t need an end-to-end solution, you just need top-notch assistance with planning so execution is simple and easy.
Contract Start Date: Minimum 3 months before event
Contract End Date: 4 weeks before the event day (4 weeks before the first event day if it’s a multi-day event)
This package includes:
Event Concept and Design - Align with the goals, objectives and vision while helping you conceptualize the event and design a theme that aligns with your brand
Full Plan Documentation - Fully documenting the master plan and keeping track of changes
Timeline and Checklists - Create a detailed timeline and checklists outlining tasks that need to be completed leading up to the event

Contract Reviews
Research and Recommendations - Assistance with researching choices for locations, vendors, physical resources, decor, services, etc.
Help with hosting meetings
(Optional) Planning Tool Tutorial - Introduction and light training on online planning tools or apps to help you stay organized and on track throughout the planning process
Pre-Event Check-In - One (1) complimentary check-in 2 weeks before the event to help guide or assist with any issues.

This package is for those who have planned the event and want help to enjoy all their hard-work on the big day(s). We’d handle the last-minute tasks and all other event-day coordination in alignment with your plan.

Contract Start Date: Minimum 2 months before event.
Contract End Date: 4 weeks before the event day (4 weeks before the first event day for multi-day events)

This package covers all the design and technical elements of a virtual event. There is no overall event planning included in this package. We work with the overall event planning team to provide leadership on the tech and design elements
